Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 days processing)
  • you received the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Exchange  ( U.A.E. customers )

Please refer to the size chart under the product description tab before ordering. We can not exchange the items if you have ordered wrong sizes, as our outfits are made to order. We will only arrange an exchange, if we have shipped the wrong size to you. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of  your outfits or you have received the wrong item, you can apply for a refund.

Refunds will not be issued for personalised or customised items.

Refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement.

Conditions for Submitting Refund Requests

• The products have not been used.

• The item is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

We arrange a free pick-up from you and as soon as we receive the shipment back in an unused condition we will issue a voucher for the same order amount within 24 – 48 hours. You can use that voucher to place another order of your choice and we will ship that for free on a priority basis.

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
